mixed feelings about the stay.

The hotel had some issues that bothered me? the entertainment was not great. Some nights, the music was too loud. it was hard to relax. also, the food at the buffet was okay. but nothing special! i expected more flavor! from a supposedly high-end hotel. the quality was inconsistent, it left me disappointed.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I received a welcome drink upon arrival. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms. The location was convenient with restaurants and beaches nearby. I especially enjoyed the variety and quality of the food. There was something for everyone.

The gym equipment seemed a bit outdated.

The hotel features a large, well kept pool with sun loungers set in the water. flowers surround the area. A tennis court is available for guest use and there is also a spa area, designed very pretty and authentic, for ultimate relaxation.

Evening service includes fresh towels, water, and chocolates delivered to the room. The staff were attentive, especially in the restaurant where the service was generally prompt, they were happy to help with any requests. They also provide complimentary treats daily.

The rooms feature modern decor and are kept very clean. My bed was big and comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. There was a turndown service in the evenings.
